How to work with the server via FTP or HTTP if it is not available in Russia?

Need to debug/configure the WordPress plugin. Unfortunately, the site from Russia is not available. Please suggest the best way to solve this problem. Using anonymous proxies is dumb (and they most likely do not work well with ftp).... Ideally, I would like some reliable tool with a free testing period. In the future, I might buy it.
Continuation. found a VPN with a free trial period. Everything seems to be working (the ftp server is visible, we even try to get on it), BUT

Maybe you can take a VPS from a foreign hoster for a test and use it as a proxy? Free, anonymous, secure.

Yes, sometimes there are drops, but for 3 euros a year .... it's forgivable) There are
enough resources to drive VPN.
