In Android, in the settings there is an option to add a VPN. And I had this question, will all traffic go through the VPN, or only for certain applications?

And a question that is not so much relevant, but can a VPN be added programmatically?

By default, all traffic will go through the VPN. But with the help of a separate application, you can make a choice which programs should work through the VPN, and which without. Such a function, for example, is implemented in our application for Android.
