How to view event logs in android?

A few days ago I began to notice strange behavior of the phone.
The phone is nearby, a sound is made, as if I called someone, but they dropped it (or reset if it didn’t ring), while I didn’t dial anything. Nothing is visible in the call history.
I didn’t install any applications (the last thing I installed was telegram a couple of months ago)
Android version 4.0.3, philips xenium phone
