Why is Android slowly responding to ping and is it possible to somehow speed up the network?

Actually, the whole essence of the problem is clearly visible in the picture, unlike desktop OS, Android works much worse with the network and the response time from the device fluctuates a lot:

Can this be fixed somehow?
PS speedtest.net also confirms the problem, there the speed is much lower and the ping is higher and the parameters float during the test.
PPS The machine on which the test is run is connected to the AP via cable, all other devices in the screenshot are connected via Wi-FI.

It's about Wi-Fi. Adjust the router so that it keeps the connection more stable. Dig into my answers, I already told you how.
