Good afternoon. We entered into a long hourly contract with the customer and, since I accepted the job, he has not been announced. I did not give the task, the money was not spent, an open contract has been hanging since August 6 (today is already the 14th). After that, I wrote to him twice with an interval - silence. How can I fast without hurting myself?

An open contract does not harm you in any way. Forget about it and move on. Perhaps this customer will show up someday and you will still work.
