good exchanges are unique in their own way, what did odesk not please?
www.vworker.com/ - former rent-a-coder, there are hourly rates, but in general more expensive and worse, but you can find many serious customers there if you poke around
www.freelancer.com/ - former getafreelancer, fixed rates, freer but and threw more, instead of a percentage, you can work for a small monthly fee
They also highly recommend elance.com , and like www.scriptlance.com (I almost never heard about the second one.
What didn't you like there? No customers or design, etc.? Because if there are customers, then the rest is trifles, don't you think? :)
a list of different exchanges is available at freelancersfeed.com. Now they are mentioned
:
designquote.net
elance.com
freelancer.com
guru.com
joomlancers.com
odesk.com
peopleperhour.com
scriptlance.com
vworker.com
Job. There is also freelancerswitch.com, but it's not big.
