The computer freezes on the splash screen or on the desktop, what should I do?

Hello. I really don't know what to do anymore. I bought a computer from my brother, he is in good condition, he worked for all 100! True, he installed a hackintosh on it, and I installed Windows 10. When Windows is loaded, the computer freezes, either on the splash screen when the wheel is spinning (on a greeting), or on the desktop after 3-5 seconds. Only reboot helps. And then not always, in general, once every other time it starts up normally. log error
Kernel-Power 41 cat. 63. But everything that is written about her can be exactly everything :))))))).
I tried to set up the BIOS, set up drivers, let Windows download through the update center, or installed it myself from the manufacturer's website. Disconnected the integrated card, prescribed timings and frequency on the RAM. did default bios settings. Changed fastboot in bios. Took apart the computer and cleaned it. Did tests of RAM, motherboards, sdd, video cards. Nothing helps. From the PC everything is OK in all respects, but once every other time the friezes! or even 15 friezes and 1 normal launch (there was no BSODA)
Z. Y. In safe mode everything seems to be ok. But I'm already afraid to restart the computer 100500 times and test.

Good afternoon. Hard disk partition MBR or GPT? After the demolition of the hackintosh, did you partition the disk?
