What kind of PC to build for a front-end developer?

Budget 40,000: processor, ssd, hard drive for data, RAM, motherboard, power supply. Os Windows 10 will be, the video card is built-in.
It is necessary that it was comfortable to work for the next 3 years at least, and an upgrade was possible.
What things to focus on, and what can you save on?
If not difficult, advise specific models and manufacturers.

IMHO, I would prioritize like this (of course, given that you are a front-end developer, like me), in descending order of importance:

  • SSD - 128GB minimum
  • monitor (and if your budget allows, it is better to buy two or three monitors)
  • comfortable keyboard
  • memory - 8GB minimum
  • processor - enough i3

Processor Intel Core i5 for example 7600 or so, the price is around 16 thousand The
motherboard is inexpensive - for example ASUS H110M or similar, the price is about 3.5-4 thousand
Memory 16GB Hinix, Kingstone and the like, the price is about 8-10 thousand 300-watt
power supply for example FSP, about 1.5-2 thousand.
HDD for 1-2TB Toshiba or WD Blue - 3-5 thousand rubles
SSD 250GB from Kingstone, Toshiba, Samsung 6-10k
As a result, the price tag will be 40-45 thousand, there you can look at what is in the right store, at their prices and adjust the assembly.
It is permissible to lower the processor to I3 - but the frequency to be decent is more than 3000.
It makes no sense to take an expensive motherboard if you don’t make any special requirements, if in the future you decide to buy a high-speed SSD, take a more expensive board with an M2 connector.
Power supply - a power of 300-350 watts is enough, it makes no sense to take more power, less is better, but from a good manufacturer.
HDD is needed for cold data - choose by price and volume, speed is not important.
SSD at least 240GB and from a normal manufacturer, do not take different smartbay and so on. From inexpensive ones, look towards Kingston, if more expensive, then Samsung. It makes no sense to delve into the rest of the details and look at the speed. It is highly desirable to leave 20-30GB unallocated, this is guaranteed to save you from speed drops.
I did not consider cooling - native Intel coolers also cope, if there are complaints about silence, see which is better, with heat pipes and a not very fast fan.

. Although I would think about the video card.

Be sure to SSD and memory from 16GB. The rest is not so important.
