Does anyone have a good practice for replacing a conventional matrix with IPS, share your experience.
It seems that Ali has both in size and some adapters for IPS matrices for replacement.
What is your impression after the replacement, what are the pitfalls?

1366x768 with an LVDS connector, the matrix will fit. But if you want FullHD, you will have to take the "picture" from the DisplayPort of the docking station. I don't know about T'shki, but for X220-X230 there is such an adapter board.
