The computer freezes every half minute. What to do?

Previously, a similar problem was noticed, but over time it somehow disappeared.
Now it's gone again. About once every half a minute - a minute the computer just starts to freeze and it's very hard. If at this time you drive the mouse, you will see that it seems to be twitching back and forth. From time to time I was able to solve this problem, but after a day or two it started in a new way. I do not know what to do. The problem is getting bigger and bigger every day! I tried to reduce the charging current, delete files, kill processes, disconnect USB and other devices. NOTHING!!! Sometimes it helped like ... (I wrote about this above), but nothing helps anymore. There is a guess - the computer is overheating! It has been quite hot lately ... But I'm not sure that it is, because the computer freezes even in a cold state (sometimes even if it just turned on). WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!???

@erge

There is a guess - the computer is overheating!

This is perhaps the first thing to do - check the T cpu and other systems, physically clean it from dirt, change the thermal paste.
PS: I am using openhardwaremonitor
if the CPU <-> cooler contact is bad, then the cooler will be cold , and the processor is immediately hot , throttling
appears (the processor frequency decreases), the computer seems to lag. there is also the possibility of hidden miners, you need to scan the system with all sorts of antiviruses, etc.
