How to transmit 4K video at 15m?

There is a computer in one room and a 4k TV in another. Ethernet has already been laid to both, the TV is new, there is a smartTV (web os). The task is to transfer 4k 60Hz from a PC to a TV in order to play like on a set-top box. There is already a solution in the form of a tvbox with android, it has a steam remote play that broadcasts the game from a PC via ethernet. Everything seems to be fine, but the quality is 1080p, sometimes dropping to 480p, and in general this remote play is not super convenient. Is it possible to transmit somehow with the help of magic, or is there some kind of optical fiber (preferably cheaper, I found an optics transmitter - HDMI, 30k rubles: 0, but there is a distance of 300m, it’s only 15-20m for me). Thank you in advance.

@Drno

You need a normal TV box that pulls 4k.
Then everything is transmitted quietly over gigabit ethernet over the
Smart OS network from TVs - complete shit, so look for a prefix)

High speed HDMI - HDMI 20 meters (with a margin) and in addition, cables longer than 15 meters have a built-in signal amplifier. Lay behind the furniture. The simplest and cheapest solution is the issue price of 2-3t.r.
