If this is still not RJ-45, but 10P10C (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modular_connector#10P10C), then I support about the interface cable for APC Smart-UPS, moreover, there is one in the stash - I checked pinout - just like that.

If you are thinking about 8P8C, then where do the numbers 9 and 10 come from in its pinout? Or is one of them a screen?
