What material are RJ-45 protective caps made of?

Tell me, please, what material are the protective caps for RJ-45 made of? I bought it and they suck. I think to put them on Moment glue, however, I doubt the composition of the material of the caps. I'm assuming they're made of PVC?

Just heat it up a little and they shrink and won't fly off.
