The computer freezes, but the sound continues to go; Because of what it can be?
The problem is that the PC freezes without any pattern. Absolutely random.
At the same time, when the PC freezes, the sound from the games, the browser or the video continues to go. The PC may freeze and then freeze again, but more often it just freezes tightly.
2 times there was a blue screen, but there is no information in Windows because of what the blue happened.
Hardware:
CPU - Ryzen 7 2700 (Purchased December 2019)
GPU - PowerColor Radeon RX 590 Red Devil (Purchased December 2019)
RAM - Geil EVO X 2x8 Gb, CL 16-16-16-36, 2400MHz (Purchased 30.11 .2018)
Motherboard - ASRock B450 Gaming K4 (Purchased December 2019)
Power Supply - be quiet! System Power 9 600W (Purchased December 2019)
CPU cooler - be quiet! Pure Rock (Purchased December 2019)
System SSD - Transcend 128Gb SSD340 (TS128GSSD340K) (Purchased 2017)
NVME SSD - Apacer AS2280P4 480Gb (Purchased 11/23/2020)
HDD WD Green 5400 rpm 1000Gb was also installed (Purchased very a long time ago, maybe 6-7 years ago), but after one of the freezes, it stopped appearing in Windows and BIOS (although once it appeared as a USB drive). Now this hard drive is disconnected from the motherboard.
Case blowing above average - 2 fans for blowing in front of the case, 2 on top and one for blowing out behind the case
.
There are no problems with overheating of components. Unless the video card heats up to 75-80 when it's hot in the room.
I reinstalled Windu 2 weeks ago, installed only the bare minimum - Word, PowerPoint, Browser and a program from Autodesk that is needed to run 3DS MAX.
The second NVME SSD has Steam, Origin, Premiere Pro, AfterEffect, Photoshop, 3DS MAX and Battle.net installed.
I installed all the drivers from the official sites and using the utility from AMD - Radeon Software I am
attaching various tests:
Aida64 Cashe & Memory
test: Aida64 stability test:
Test and SMART in VictoriaHDD of the system SSD:
Test and SMART in VictoriaHDD of the second SSD:
Test in OCCT CPU:
Test in OCCT GPU:
Test in OCCT Memory:
Test in OCCT Power:
Test in OCCT Video card memory:
During all tests there was only one freeze - during the Aida64 stability test, but after that I repeated the test 3 more times for 15+ minutes and there were no crashes.
Once again I repeat - there is no pattern in the freezes. They can happen when I'm playing, when I'm in the browser, when I open a folder, and even when it's idle.
I ask you to help with this situation, because I don’t want to guess and buy components that will not bring results. (Especially now when all the iron is sold at exorbitant prices)

A very detailed report on the hardware, everyone would do that;) It's a
pity I can only help with abstract advice.
I have similar freezes (and not only those), it’s the music that plays but everything hangs, oddly enough, they were on an old machine on which one memory bar crashed in memtest, check at least with a regular Windows one, my glitches stopped after replacement.
Another good option for detecting a problem is to exclude the video card from the config, unfortunately you do not have a built-in video card in the processor, which means that for this test you need to get any bad video somewhere.
Another place of random strange problems can be the power supply, but yours is not so bad, and a replacement for the test can cost a pretty penny.
Try lowering the power limit by 15-20%
. I had such a problem with Radeon. I decided to replace the thermal paste (the power limit can then be returned)
