Hello. Worked with a fixed price client. He did not close the last melistone and disappeared. It's been almost a month with no response. All correspondence was conducted in the Upwork chat. I submitted my work and attached the files. How to receive the money? I wanted to write to support, but they apparently had an update and everything has changed. Now only a chat bot and answers to questions. Maybe I didn't see something. Please tell me the best way to do it.

At Fixed Price, you yourself subscribe to the fact that you understand the risks. Upwork won't understand anything, don't even try.
Lesson for the future - do not give away the work completely until you get paid. And if you give, then be prepared to be thrown for the full amount.

TP has been like for quite a long time (acts are at least signed) through the mail [email protected] (it is somewhere on the site, but I don’t remember where), the ticket will be created automatically :)
