1) Is this idea crazy or does it have the right to exist? Will customers pay more attention if there are ratings and reviews?
2) ODesk will not be offended by such a disgrace if he suddenly sniffs out? On the one hand, he is paid a commission, that is, the pleasure is not free. On the other hand, it's cheating. I didn't find any guidance on this in the rules.

3. It is important to be polite and not to be familiar. Clients are different - most will not even say hello to you, but this does not mean that you need to be the same.
4. Well, a portfolio, of course. Zero chance without it.
