The best Windows-PE repair/repair build that understands both MBR and UEFI-GPT disks?

Until now, for many years now, I have been using MultiBoot (for those interested in this link - if your root tracker is blocked, use Tor). This assembly is old, contrary to the name , it understands only MBR , but until recently this did not bother me, because any computer had a BIOS setting that allows you to switch to legacy (or CSM) boot mode.
Today there are more and more computers in which the option to switch to legacy boot mode is absent in principle. Naturally, my favorite repair and restoration tool is not applicable there, it simply does not start there.

What was good about my MultiBoot? Firstly, there are already 4 different Win-PE- based on Windows Server 2003, WinXP, Win7 and Win8.1 (selection in the start menu). One does not fit - we launch another, some one starts anyway. Secondly, there is a 2k10 utility package on board , which is several hundred utilities for all possible cases of computer life. Thirdly, this assembly exists in several sets - from a 4-gig LiveDVD to a 16-gig LiveUSB (the latter has pure WinXP, Win7 and Win8.1 distributions of all versions by user class and bit depth). Fourthly, some utilities (for example, Akronis's DD, TI, memory and disk tests) are available outside of WinPE, directly from the start menu.

We need a similar, equally comprehensive and convenient tool, but also focused on UEFI-GPT. I couldn’t find one (everything that I found, downloaded and tried worked with UEFI, but for convenience it didn’t stand close to MultiBoot , including the disk directly called 2k10 Live), so I ask for help and a hint communities. Even better, if there is a built-in Win10 distribution to replace the outdated WinXP and Win7.
