It is connected to the adapter, while the battery charge quickly decreases. Approximately 1% in 10 seconds. When you click on the battery icon, it says that the adapter is connected, while the charge decreases. And two sources of high consumption. Safari and screen. The first time it dropped to 92%, I turned off the browser and charging started.
The second time I noticed, the charging itself had already begun. Therefore, how much I managed to discharge, I did not understand.
