How can I make it so that the program is completely closed when you click on the close button?

When I click on the close button, the program does not completely close for me and loads the system. There is no such program that, without any keyboard shortcuts and everything else, everything would normally close like on Windows?

You click the "Hide Window" button, you can close the application with the cmd-Q shortcut or right-click on the application icon in the Dock and in the Quit menu that appears (probably in the Russian version Close). The dots below the icons in the Dock show which programs are currently active.
