Why is the poppy after ssd very slow?

I have a macbook pro 12 years old. I bought it from my hands and it worked well. It has 8 gigs of RAM installed and replaced hdd with ssd (SPCC Solid State Disk, S9FM01.8). It worked well on yosemite until I deleted everything and did an internet recovery. After that, the same yosemite was delivered, but now each click of the mouse button or or key is accompanied by a wait of several minutes. It's definitely not a ram issue, because swapping the ssd back to an hdd solves the problem. But the ssd disk definitely works, because the installed ubuntu gives out 500 megabytes of reading and 300 megabytes of writing from the disk.
I tried to enable trim using the trim enabler, but that didn't help. I haven't seen similar problems on the Internet.

Try to boot into recovery mode (or from a bootable Mac flash drive) and check the disk and partitions. Very similar to journal corruption on the file system.
