How to run go 1.9 on macbook m1?

Tell me how to run GO version 1.9 on a poppy, an error appears

go build command-line-arguments: /usr/local/go/pkg/tool/darwin_amd64/compile: signal: segmentation fault

and the latest version for example 1.15 or 1.17 work fine.

darwin_amd64 - M1 needs darwin-arm64
