The background in the headphones when the laptop is connected to the power supply. How to fix?

Hello. The problem is this: I work from a laptop, there is a background in the headphones when the laptop is charging, I turn off the charging - the background disappears. I touch the charger plug with my finger - the background is there again. Tell me, who is in the subject, what can be done with this?

As always, when looking for the causes of trouble, you need to cut off all possible causes in turn. The first of these reasons is a defective power supply. It is checked by replacing it with another one that is known to be good. It is not necessary to look for a strictly identical type (the voltage is approximately the same for all of them, about 19 volts, the power is similar), it is enough that there is a suitable plug. If there is no background on another PSU, open yours. There, most likely, a large electrolytic capacitor for a voltage of 400 volts has dried up - change it.
The second most likely reason is the battery. If it is fully functional, then it effectively smoothes out the voltage ripple coming from the power supply. If he is very old and has lost capacity, then he stops doing this.

As at least a temporary solution, I have found constant contact of the conductor with the skin of any part of the human body. You completely eat the background) That is, you just hold your finger on any place where current can flow from the PSU)
