Headphones not working when connected to ACER Aspire M3-581TG laptop?

Good day forum users. Faced such a problem. When you connect a 3.5mm jack headphones of any brand, no sound is produced. I tried to change the assignments first, because there are 3 of them: headphones, speakers and a headset. The result is the same. I completely reinstalled the system, installed the drivers from the Realtek HD Audio manufacturer's website, the same picture. Since the drivers from the Acer site were a little outdated, I decided to update them, the picture has not changed. I dug into the control panel in the "Sound" tab, set it everywhere to the maximum, but no sound is coming out. Only when I turn off the sound in the Realtek Manager and immediately turn it on, the sound goes into the headphones for 1-2 seconds and I hear the song. I have read the forums and have not found an answer. Who faced, I ask to describe the decision of the given problem.
