Growing noise in headphones. Eliminated for a while by turning off the spatial sound, but later repeats. Decision?

Windows 10. Notebook Asus Tuf dash f15. core i5-11300, RTX 3060
Headphones - plantronics audio 655
At the very beginning there were problems with the drivers, I had to screw it up, but it seems to be normal.
The headphones work normally for about 15 minutes, then the noise grows as if with radio interference, it grows to a terrible noise, if nothing is done, they will fight at such a peak for a minute, then the noise subsides and the sound evens out. And 15 minutes later, again.
If noise appears, you can get into the menu of spatial sound, and rearrange the slider to off. Noise disappears for 15 minutes. No matter whether spatial sound is turned on or off, noise appears.
I tested it on another laptop and it works fine.
Firewood removed and reinstalled, does not help.

It's decided. Strange but I removed the drivers. And he gave the laptop the opportunity to configure it through the system. That is, after removing the drivers, the headphones disappeared. Then I went to "Open Sound Settings" -> "Manage Sound Devices" and found my headphones there for some reason. After that there was an option to "enable". Turning it on, I noticed a strange behavior, where the system rushed from the headphones to the speakers, at a frequency of several times per second. I had to disable the device through the system. Further, without removing the headphones from the laptop, I simply rebooted the laptop, hoping for the ability of the system to adapt its changes, which happened. Headphones are working properly now.
