I wear headphones on the street almost constantly, and accordingly I don’t hear the phone ring at all, and the vibration is almost not felt. I began to think about what to do with it all.

You need a device that has the ability to simultaneously connect the player via wire, and the phone via bluetooth.
In normal mode, it should transmit a signal from the wire to the connected headphones, and when a call comes in, mute / turn off the wired input and work like a regular headset.
