A week ago, WhatsApp rolled out an update with stickers, also provided a sample application for iOS, with instructions for publishing stickers for the messenger in the AppStore and Google Play.
The application works like this - it appears on the phone as a regular application, inside there are stickers and a button - Import to WhatsApp.
I had stickers, I decided to try to post them. As a result, I received a rejection from Apple with two errors:

We noticed that your app name or subtitle to be displayed on the App Store includes the following trademarked term or popular app name, which is not appropriate for use in these metadata items.
Specifically, your app name or subtitle included the term, WhatsApp.
Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats
Your metadata appears to contain third party content. Specifically, your app create misleading association with WhatsApp app.

According to the first mistake, the question is the following - The application was posted with the name WhatsApp Stickers - [Name], in the same way, 2 days ago, the telegram posted its stickers for WhatsApp (there is still an advertisement of the Telegram itself inside), only [Name] is different. Why was mine rejected?
For the second mistake - it's not clear, it's checked that the stickers are added to the messenger, it turns out they don't like that the application communicates with another application?
UPD. Changed the name on the recommendation, but was still refused

We noticed that your app provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language, which is considered a form of spam.

What can be done in this situation?

The first and second reasons are the same, in fact.
You can't write WhatsApp stickers, you have to write Vasya's stickers for WhatsApp.
