What is the best offshore country for publishing applications in the AppStore?

Tell me, in which country is it best to register an offshore (and in which country to choose a bank) for the purpose of publishing paid applications (with a subscription) in the AppStore (possibly in the future on Google Play, but now the question is about the AppStore)?
