Will the app be on the Appstore?

Will such an application pass in the Appstore, which consists of the following pages:

- Welcome page
- Service description page -
Account login
- Registration
- Forgot password

And then:

If the login + password was successful, then the token remains in the application and after an account is a webview to which a token is sent (for user authorization).

That is, once again: the entire application is a page with a description of the service, and the entire structure of the application is a webview. Everyone knows that Apple doesn't allow just webview.

Who did this? Approved? And it may be that they approved it for the first time, and then changed something insignificant (put two tabs, for example) and it doesn’t work anymore?
