Why is the App Store rejecting the app?

We want to publish an application for free questions to doctors in the App Store. Here is our application in the

persons - the application was rejected a couple of times in a row with the following reason:
"Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name “DOCTU.RU” in the app or its metadata, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines

As I understand it, the problem is that we publish from an individual account, so we did it with Apple support account migration to our legal entity, which they call in the DUNS database of numbers "InfoServis Grupp, OOO" - now we have a developer account from a legal entity.
Again sent for moderation and again received a refusal for the above reason.
As I understand it the problem is that we do not have DOCTU.RU anywhere except inside the application itself and the type we violate copyrights, but our company InfoService Group LLC owns the doctu domain.https://www.nic.ru/whois/?query=doctu.ru as well as the trademark - https://www.znakoved.ru/wtms/RU500000000578235/ and on the website in the offer it is also written about our LLC - doctu. ru/terms
Who faced a similar problem - help to understand, please, what they need from us.
Yes, we have a legal name. the faces and the brand name do not match, but for the Russian Federation this is normal, they should not match, while all rights to the site and the trademark are assigned to our legal entity. face.
