The agony of choosing a Macbook?
Guys! I decide to buy a MacBook Air 13 a1237 in the secondary market, this is the very first air. Everything suits, and condition, and price. I only need it for work. That is, it is important that the office works (2012, I hope, no less), Photoshop is important for simple tasks. And so, to watch TV shows again, well, it would be crowning in Hearthstone when you never cut yourself.
Tell me what I can do with this, what I can not?

This air is weak now. Take a closer look and here's why: a MacBook is a good investment, as this laptop will last you 5-7 years. Taking a laptop now, which has almost served its time, is a waste of money. And even if you somehow miss this laptop today, then tomorrow it won’t be.
Are you considering an alternative to air? 2GB of memory is not serious now
Memory - at least 4 gigs and hard - SSD. It's minimum. If you can upgrade, then ok.
The Air has a poor quality display. Especially in terms of brightness. It is impossible to work in bright offices in summer. We have to look for a darker place, which cannot be said about the Retina of the PRO. And if you want to work outdoors, even more so. Eyra's display is terrible.
You say 2 is not enough, I will say - 4 is also not enough. Considering that the software is progressively eating up memory, in another year 8 will not be enough. Now every second tab in Chrome eats up to 50 MB of memory.
Hearthstone is not a problem. You will fry eggs on aluminum in 15 minutes of hardstone. (any game or photoshop with two dozen layers)
