Is a cheap macbook purely for compiling IOS apps?

Since it is impossible to compile IOS applications when developing on Windows through VMWare, it was decided to buy a separate macbook purely for compilation.
Please advise what is the minimum configuration it should have?

Compilation only? Then a service like CircleCI should be right for you.
