1)Macbook pro 2011/Core i7 2635QM 2.0Ghz/6490m/4Ram/1400x900px
2)Macbook pro 2010/Core i7 620m(2 cores) 2.66Ghz/8Ram/1680x1050px
Each option will be equipped with an SSD drive .
The only embarrassing thing is that the latter has a dual-core processor that is inferior to most i5, even i3
Macs for layout and because they require Mac OS at work.
I will work with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Chrome, Sublime Text, Webstorm, etc.
Will there be a noticeable difference in work? I'm afraid that the 2010 processor is very weak.

Typesetting on a MacBook is unrealistic (from personal experience). You need an external monitor, but more.
And if an external monitor, then for this money it is better to take a less whimsical mac mini to repair. For this money, you can get a much later model.
Taking both MacBooks is a risky undertaking. They are both old and portable, which means they fell and scratched, in the near future a train, loops, etc. can easily be covered, so it’s definitely better to take a weaker, but newer typewriter. i5 on a sandbridge is enough for layout, the main thing is to install an SSD.
