Noisy and slow MacBook Pro Mid 2014 when working in programs, why?

When working in resource-intensive programs, the cooler starts to make a lot of noise and often the poppy itself slows down.
MacBook Pro Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB DDR3, Intel Iris 1536 MB.

Tell me, who has come across or who has a similar old man - the point is that the old poppy no longer pulls and the only solution is a new poppy) or something has broken or does not work correctly?

p.s. resetting the system management controller didn't work

2014 is an old man already, 7 years old. In general, poppies last about as long (medium configurations). Top ones are a little longer. I have a top iMac 2013. While pulling, but you can already hear the cooler often, before there was always silence.

Clean it, change the thermal paste - once a year or two it is worth taking the beech to a good service center.
8 GB is not 16 to which you can upgrade.
