The ad site refuses to publish my ads arbitrarily. What to do?

Some commercial classifieds site refuses to publish my advertisements. Ads on a free basis. There is a trick on my part (I often delete my accounts and thus resubmit ads). But I don't break any of the rules.
What can be presented to the site?

"There is some trick on my part (I often delete my accounts and thus resubmit ads)."
I am sure that this situation is described in the TOS of this service, so you are blocked for the cause.
And then, in my own project "what I want, I turn back", again it is written there at 100% that the service is provided as is, no claims are possible
. So you have only the only option or to produce a bunch of accounts and score what is blocking or is it better to encrypt)))

Don't listen to anyone! You want evil!
Write to the site administration, be sure to mention that they have 24 hours to resolve the situation. Cunning also mention, but always with a reminder that this is not illegal, but they violate the OFFER.
The next day, write them to the host. Give them 24 hours too. For this, they need to block their site nafig.
If it's been two days, then it's time to move on. Are you saying the company is registered? Then you should check how they are with taxes. Write to the tax office. Then there is also RosKomNadzor and Consumer Rights Protection (a free service is also a service and it must be of high quality).
You are their client, you watch their banners and provide traffic, and they get paid for it. Nothing to endure!!!

Do they owe you something? Sue for breach of contract. Should not - then what can be claims.

The site is commercial. Your ads are clearly commercial in nature (I won't "give the cat in good hands" right?)
Pay money according to their price list, and do not engage in "cunning".
