Do I understand correctly that 44-FZ does not allow state contracts to prescribe reasonable (grades depending on the degree of violation of target metrics) financial sanctions against the contractor for violating SLA requirements? In the forehead I found only paragraphs. 8 art. 34, which refers to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Belarus No. 1063 of November 25, 2013, which provides for a fix on the amount.
