1) The client asked to take a well-known site, translate it into another language and remove all links. After asking him, I found out that he is going to use this template in Google Ads and Social Network, is it legal?
2) "what I plan to use this ripped site for" What did the client mean? Can't translate clearly

1. most likely, this is a violation of the rights of the owners of the original site, but the responsibility will be the customers / owners, not you, the contractor. Keep correspondence, just in case:)
2. "to rip smth" - something to "tear", copy, copy * copy. "I plan to use this f**king site for.."
