How to accept payments from customers without bureaucracy?

Hello colleagues!
Question: how to legally implement the acceptance of payments on the site so that there is no:
- online cash registers with all the consequences;
- certificates of work performed in paper form. It is unrealistic to send them out every month to tens and hundreds of contractors;
Thank you for attention.

As far as I understand, if there is a bank transfer with payment by invoice, an online cash desk is not needed. As for the offer agreement, I also see no obstacles.

You yourself answered your question, why do you need someone else's opinion ... it remains a little legal to describe everything.
1) if IP and LLC, then payment to the current account, in this case, the cash desk is not needed;
2) draw up an offer agreement, post it on the website, which provides for the procedure for the provision and acceptance of services (for example: the client pays for services that have a deadline for their provision, during this period the client has the right to use them (or not to use them), but at the end of the term services are considered rendered, the offer contract itself is such an act of services rendered).
As I understand it, there will be a lot of payments, the amounts are unlikely to be significant in order to go to court. But it is better to have some kind of technical confirmation of the service provided (in other matters, you can generate and send acts automatically, it is not difficult to technically implement ...).
Try to calculate the possible legal and financial risks, lay them down for example 2-3%, although this is not accepted in Russian business...

The vector is such that it will not work to exclude cash registers in one form or another for settlements with individuals.
For now - yes, it is possible to exclude a cashier's check when paying by an individual for money under PD4, but there have already been battles on this topic and most likely everything will come to "a check for any sale to an individual."
The offer is quite normal ... before the first conflict ...

Robokassa has tariffs where it acts as a tax agent.
As for the contracts - the offer works great. In it, indicate that the acts are available upon request.

in a slightly different vein - you generally think correctly (especially if you want not to conflict with the law)
nevertheless - you will encounter bureaucracy .. advice .. look for good bukhs .. maybe an outline ... take a look at this site, they are for me personally cute outlaw.center
.. well, or for later, otherwise he himself looked at the price tag - obviously not for beginners ..))

If an individual needs an online cash desk unambiguously, or an intermediary in the form of a paying agent. The latter are many divorced and take small%.
If a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, then you can work on EDI (electronic document management). You issue an EDS, connect to the EDI and send out documents through it, it works out cheaper than by mail. In the offer, you prescribe that the document flow will be exclusively for EDI. There are also many EDI systems. Choose the flavor and color that suits you. Choose one in which customers do not have to pay for signing incoming docks.
If the client has his own EDO, you can set up roaming and the docks will go to them.
Many people now have EDI, because someone participates in the auction, someone was forcibly transferred by resource-supplying organizations.

Ideally, this should be some kind of payment aggregator that takes a horse commission, but is itself a tax agent with all these online cash desks and other bureaucracy

adsence or YandexDirect.
Get an accountant. The problem is that if the amount is tangible, then the customer clearly wants to write it off from the profit, but here without a contract, no way.

main point: payments from individuals - only with cash registers. any. even through an operator in a bank, even from an online card, even in cash - it makes no difference to the law.
therefore, it is more convenient to work only with legal entities through the account.
or connect to an aggregator such as a robokassa - then they will draw up all the documents required by law for payers, and you will only pay with them, as with a legal entity.

At the robokassa, Business Element LLC acts as an intermediary, so hundreds of contracts will not have to be sent out. Here you can find out more https://www.robokassa.ru/en/Contract.aspx

Without an online cash register, you can legally accept payments today ONLY using robo.market, details here: https://www.robokassa.ru/ru/Robomarket.aspx For legal entities and individuals. Today, the robomarket is the only one that has the status of a paying agent. Place your goods there and enjoy. It is possible through your website, instead of the buy button, you hang the widget.
