Text logo?

I apologize if I didn't phrase my question correctly. So I drew a text logo on paper with a pen and I want to somehow transfer it to digital format, are there any programs in which you can draw a text logo, for example, like Google. I hope someone understands my writing :D

1. We take pictures on the phone
2. We import a photo, for example, into Adobe Illustrator
3. Outline, align, colorize / or select a similar font and type in text
4. Profit!
