Text from screenshot to clipboard?

Hello!
Straight to the point:
You need to get the text from the screenshot directly to the clipboard. As I imagine it:
The program prompts you to select the area in which the text is displayed on the screen (as in lightshot, for example), and the text immediately goes to the clipboard, and by pressing ctrl + v symbols are inserted immediately, and not a screenshot. Knows who they are? Could not find. For windows 10.

There is a free capture2text. Works on Windows 10 and Mac. there is a command line. recognizes Russian English, and other languages. there are even sources. works without installation. The kit also has a menu where the clock is, so that you can specify the screen area.
capture2text.sourceforge.net/#download
For example:
Capture2Text_CLI.exe --screen-rect "10 10 2200 1500" --clipboard (or -o result.txt) takes a
screenshot, recognizes the text and copies it to clipboard (or file).
(Hires screen recognizes in 10 sec)
