Tell me books on NLP (Head of IT) - which ones are worth reading?

Purpose: to conduct more effective negotiations with clients and partners, to better manage personnel, to get more interesting conditions on transactions and not to succumb to other people's attempts at manipulation.
I want to expand my horizons with a couple of good books on NLP, but basically every feces comes across.
Tell me what to read.

Dear Topicstarter.
I disagree with your approach, but here is my vision.
"Goal: Negotiate more effectively with customers"
When it comes to customers of your product, it is better to study not NLP, but sales as such. A cursory Google gives this: salers.ru/treningi-prodazh
"and partners"
Partners need to be given what they need, getting what you need. Why NLP?
"better manage staff,"
Understanding your subordinates and understanding the specifics of the profession is enough, spec. literature is not needed for this.
"knock out more interesting terms on deals"
Google "negotiating", in fact all books on them are the same.
"
A good rule has always worked for me: "Fuck the letters, read the numbers"
"I want to expand my horizons with a couple of good books on NLP, but basically every cal comes across because the sphere is very littered with all sorts of life-ringed and pick-up-virgins."
The reality is that 90% of NLP books are pick-ups.
At one time I read two books on the topic:
"The Psychology of Lies" by Paul Ekman and this is it: www.livelib.ru/book/1000375846
NLP is more for wiring - how far will you go on a scam?

@Arris

First, a Russian textbook.
Then a psychology textbook.
Then you can continue with a textbook on higher sociology comrade. Klimov.
And then already take on any heresy like NLP.
I assure you, after reading this, you will become a competent specialist in divorcing a fool-client for loot and preferences. Well, at the same time, learn to throw your employees.
True, after that you will start having problems with your personal life. Finding a girl (or a boy - it's to your taste) will be a problem. You will evaluate everyone in terms of "will it be possible to throw it or not" and "will it bring loot or will it not bring".
