PC repair company. Where to begin?

Good day!
Recently, I got a job in a company that outsources more than 80 regions of the country. And that inspired me to start my own PC repair and support business. The essence of the question is how to attract a client, what services can be offered at the initial stage, except for the standard ones (software reinstallation, antiviruses (partnership with Kaspersky and G-DATA)). And what can be proposed in the future. I understand that there is a lot of competition, but computers break down every day. Thanks in advance for your advice.
The idea is this: at the initial stage, I found a couple of workers to whom I give orders and they go home to the client. Everything is repaired, money from the order is 50/50. I am looking for firms for full support (so far unsuccessfully). Having saved up some money, I plan to rent an office and do internal repairs, find specialists, etc. Also writing and maintaining sites, outsourcing and in general many more ideas.

When I was doing such garbage, as a bonus, I did cleaning from dust or installing up to 5 programs for free of choice, but only if the client reinstalls Windows, replaces the components, and restores the files. Also, do not limit yourself to one repair, you can still provide IP telephony setup / installation services, a rather expensive service, setting up and installing ip cameras is also not cheap

You need to focus your efforts on finding firms to serve. To do this, you need to open an individual entrepreneur and a bank account to accept cashless payments, otherwise you will not be taken seriously. A neighbor recently opened an account with Siab Bank in St. Petersburg, cash settlement services are not expensive for them and an account is opened in one day. Worth a look.
