Tasks manager with different dashboards for different people?

I saw, but lost and could not find such a tasks-manager, which has different workspaces for different people. For example: home, work, personal projects; and different people have different access to each dashboard, and I see all the task lists.

Nobody remembers what it's about?

(And since I asked the question, can someone tell me a simple todo with the ability to add tasks, subtasks, build a Gantt chart, display tasks by tag (and not by project or day, for example: social networks), the functions from the question would also be a nice addition.
