What are some free project planners/bug trackers?

I probably want a lot, but preferably something like Jira , but for free.
I know about bugzilla and mantis .
Maybe there are free alternatives.
Audience 2-3 users. Personal use.

For a personal project I use Yodiz .
Free for 3 users. I chose it because it reminds me of YouTrack, which I use at work.

preferably something like Jira, but for free.

It will be Redmine, the link above has already been given.
A very flexible system, many plugins, skins, a huge community.

pivotal tracker is free for one person.
SaaS is fast. Redmine "at home" is your time, I would spend $10 a month on Jira with its delicious agile board...mm....

You might like Trello. Well, you can raise a bugtracker on your own server, there are a lot of free engines.

You can compare different schedulers at project-management.softwareinsider.com.
The Jira website has a section with a pairwise comparison of competitors with Jira, for example, Jira vs Redmine https://ru.atlassian.com/software/jira/comparison/...
Everything I know here www.andreyolegovich.ru/PC/testing/# bug tracker

A lot of free ones.
Here are some of them:
Redmine
Free and open source web application. Redmine is suitable for managing multiple projects, establishing links between tasks and controlling the time to complete them.
YouTrack
Project management system for software development teams and programmers. In YouTrack, you can set and evaluate tasks, track costs, and track project progress.
JIRA is a service that allows you to track bugs and manage projects in companies of any size.
Facilitates the exchange of information in a team, the involvement of new employees in a task or an entire project, tracking and fixing errors when working with products, meeting deadlines, checking employee performance, etc. JIRA is used worldwide by over 50,000 users. There are reviews about the service.
