What test management system does your QA department use?

I have a question for the guys from the QA departments. In what system and in what form do you store your test cases (if you do) and to what extent these systems allow you to link test runs to automated tests.
I always thought everyone used the Atlantis testrail, but a job search says it's only mentioned in a couple of % of jobs.
