Bitrix24 is not CRM, it's Bitrix24 Corporate Spend. CRM is only a separate module in it.
Pure CRMs are more developed, adapted and are initially CRM systems, rather than separate modules.

As practice shows, the main difficulty of implementation is to force all bureaucratic procedures to be carried out.
In Bitrix, the devil will break his leg. But you can get used to it if you suffer for a while.

Judging by the fact that your company generally raises the question of changing the CRM system, its implementation was not completed, because no one in their right mind changes what is already working, especially at the cost of such great labor intensity. Bitrix24, in my opinion, is too complicated a system to master. Some sections with settings can be 4-5 pieces on one screen. We tried to move to them 2 times, but it didn’t grow together =)
Well, it’s correct that we already wrote above that the main difficulty is to get all the work done in CRM, and not in mail / favorite messenger, etc.
