Is it possible to access the Bitrix24 rest api without being a certified partner?

Good afternoon friends. In general, subject. I wanted to get access to the api of this crm'ki, and here the most unpleasant detail is revealed (although maybe I misunderstood everything). As far as I know, it is impossible to get access to the rest api without getting the status of a certified partner. Please tell me if there are any methods to bypass this kind of restriction.
Mb, is it possible to borrow an application key (for authorization via oAuth2) with similar access rights? Or is this not an option? And if an option, how to get it from there?
Ps I have not yet fully understood this forest animal, so it is quite possible that I am mistaken in something, if so, please correct me.
Thank you!

No, it’s not possible that he himself was fucking for a long time, but still he received the status of a partner for 3 days and did everything.

If the question is still relevant, Bitrix24 has a public API, here is an example of an application that receives a token via OAuth: . dev.1c-bitrix.ru/examples/3_type.zip
We did this:
There is a domain that has access to the Bitrix API, which serves incoming requests from other applications. Periodically, it renews the token itself using OAuth (once every 28 days so that the temporary token does not expire).
And requests are already being made to it for one or another action (we, for example, have forms from a bunch of landing pages that create new leads in Bitrix24, our crm, which has access to the Bitrx24 client base).
In short, look at an example - you will understand.

This is now an outdated situation with a partner, now, as I understand it, is there access to the api? Or is it still the same?
