How to set up API metric?

Head breaking the second day. I can't figure out how to connect via API to Yandex Metrica. I use Yii2 as a framework. A year ago, everything worked, but apparently they messed something up there, the old code does not want to work.

Create a project in postmen or a similar program and try to connect to the api. After you make sure that there are no problems with access to the api - implement the work in code.
