What are the free or shareware weather map APIs?

There is an android application that shows the weather forecast.
The provider is openweathermap . The application is in the mvp stage, so the free plan is used.
Competitors have all sorts of interactive maps/radar with weather layers.

Examples

Those maps that openweathermap provides display rather mediocre information.
Are there providers with free plans that can pull up normal cards without having to write a custom view? What other options are there?
Tried to pass javascript from windy.com . It turned out crooked and the system is very tense.
I'm not a developer, maybe I put it wrong somewhere.
