API for checking punctuation?

I saw the answer , but this service is not working properly. When you enter the banal "Hi Artyom, today I want to tell you a story that captured my soul," he does not find any punctuation errors, although they obviously exist. In the desktop version of word, such a line is underlined and offers options for commas. At microsoft, I found an api only for spell checking, but not punctuation. Share a link to a service that will be able to place commas in the above example.

online.orfo.ru - it was they who in the old Words (until 2013) were engaged in spell checking. But they don't seem to sell a web service, so you'll have to buy and connect Windows (or Mac) .dlls.
