Is there an alarm clock with support for algorithms (own conditions)?
I want an alarm clock (for Android), which can do a little more, for example, call every two days except Saturday and Sunday (Mon, Wed, Fri, Tue, Thu, etc.). Often, smartphone manufacturers create applications purely for their users (for example, I use a calculator from Asus, which cannot be downloaded in the store), so any installation variations are of interest.
Does a similar solution exist?

From alarm clocks with shifts, of course, you can heap something up, but they are mostly stupid.
I roughly outlined a picture for myself of how I would implement such an alarm clock (even a reminder service): indicate the required days according to any algorithm in the style of "call on the 23rd of every month, except for July, and if it falls on a weekend, then move it to 21".
2. Synchronization with the state calendar, so that "weekends" also mean holidays, and not just Sat-Sun, which can be working.
I think that for such a detailed setting, a small pseudo-language and its editor built into the alarm clock would be needed, but this complexity could be compensated by presets so that the user, setting his own set of rules, could share it with everyone.
I close the question as "no answer".
I use Alarm Clock Xtreme Free. In addition to setting the desired option for the alarm during the week, the correct connection via Bluetooth (with or without speakers). I have a hearing aid with bluetooth - the alarm clock will be me and does not interfere with the signal to others.
